  : Exceptional customer service. The staff really made us feel like family. Always willing to help. They always seemed so caring.The cleaning staff did a fantastic job each day keeping the rooms fresh and clean.The location is also wonderful and close to everything you can possibly want.
  : The self catering facilities in our room were very limited however this was only a very minor issue as due to the great location, and variety of restaurants around us, we weren't stuck for food options.

  : Very comfortable beds, cute and nicely decorated hotel, very friendly and helpful receptionist when we arrived. Taxis and tours were well arranged from the hotel.
  : The room could be cleaned better, especially the floors but bathrooms were very clean and bedding changed regularly. I would not recommend the breakfast.

  : The room is a pretty good size, very good layout with functional kitchen and all the amenities. Like the fact that there was a dining table inside because the terrace gets very hot early in the day and stays that way until late at night. Bed & pillows were extremely comfortable, best sleep I got in Crete - and I am very picky with beds & pillows. The space was extremely clean and the room is cleaned every day for garbage and making up the bed, new towels every other day, and new sheets every 3 days - perfect! The AC unit was brand new and high end inverter type which ensured amazing sleep because the unit is almost completely silent. Also love the orientation of the AC because it didn't blow directly on you during sleep like it does at a lot of other places. The bathroom was also new and very clean, very spacious and very functional. A great bonus was the rooftop of the hotel, which not only has great views during the day but is also a great place to relax at night if you want to stay inside and unwind before bed. Very good relaxing atmosphere, it was never crowded, lots of furniture options to choose from!
  : The WiFi at the hotel was very slow and unstable throughout the hotel (our room and roof cafe/common area). Luckily we got the issue partially resolved and used the neighbor's WiFi which wasn't that great either, but at least it was a little bit more reliable. Bottom line: do not depend on free WiFi if you have important work video meetings like I did, because it will fall short of your expectations. Very high latency and very low speed (latency is almost 1s/1000ms) and speed less than 10mbs download and less than 2mbs upload.

  : Very good location, 1 min to main street which is full of restaurants and shops. It takes 2 min to arrive at the beach, which is amazing, nice long sandy beach. The room was cleaned and towels changed on a daily basis. Pool was nice but on the small side. Bus station 2 min from hotel, very convenient.

  : This hotel is just behind the main road in Agia Marina, so it's nice and quiet. The staff were friendly, and check-in was easy. The room was clean and had everything we needed, including a balcony overlooking the pool that had a rack to dry your wet pool/beach clothes and towels. The pool is great -- very chill with some simple food and drink options. It was an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, etc. and a decent launch point (we had a car) to other sites on the west side of Crete.
  : Because the hotel is set back from the beach, the sea view is mostly rooftops with a bit of beach and skyline in the background. Parking is on the street, but we generally didn't have any trouble finding a spot.
