  : We loved being able to experience staying in a completely renovated and modernized, but full-of-character trullo house in historic Alberobello. The suite was handsomely decorated, furnished and lighted. Although we didnt need to cook, we liked the fully equipped kitchen and did use the refrigerator. The location was very good, just two blocks from the main downtown area where restaurants and shops are located.
  : The property itself was great. But it was difficult to find the property; administrators should send renters information several days ahead of time with instructions on how to find the house, since street numbers and signs are confusing. (They shared a video on how to find the house, but only on the day we arrived, and it was impossible to download the video with a weak cellphone signal.) Also, they incorrectly told us that we could find parking at a certain address on the main downtown street; that was incorrect. They should have simply told us that we needed to find on-street parking near our address, with instructions on how to identify places where parking is allowed (blue stripes on street, not white or yellow!) When we called the company to ask about parking, the person who answered was from a central reservations area and didnt know anything about it. Apart from that glitch, we were very satisfied with our experience.

  : The indications we had received on the Whatsapp were not enterily correct. It was not easy to find the property entrance.

  : The internet/wifi at the property was problematic and unreliable and the host assistance was via a WhatsApp service that neither understood the problem in English or was able to do anything other than suggest solutions that did not work. Luckily I could communicate in Italian. The facilities listed in Booking.Com include satellite TV but that was not provided.

  : The place was wonderful. Comfortable bed, great shower, super clean with some unique decor and modern amenities.
  : Just that the room was different to the pics (there's more than one unit) so it was a lot smaller than expected.
