  : Front desk person had worked 72 hours without relief. One of our 4 rooms was occupied upon our arrival. New room was an upgrade to a suite, but their were no sheets or blanket on the bed

  : location/and that they filled my request for a first floor due to my mom being mature in age.
  : The carpets were soaked due to shampooing the day we checked in. We had to wear our shoes, not our slippers, each and every time we stepped on the floor. The smell of the shampoo was very strong. I asked to move but the host said no due to it was booked. My mom is 76 years old and the bathroom floor had been waxed and it was like an ice skating rink. We had to call and get towels to put down on the floor which were slipper as well. We did't have comforters on the beds so we had to call for that. The next morning I spoke to the attendant and she informed we should have never been put in that room. It was total chaos.

  : Hotel was clean, secure, and quiet. Breakfast was OK. Mainly microwave pop ins with fresh apples and oranges.
  : It was fine--about what I expected from a medium hotel in the middle of nowhere.
