  : was very cheap. we were happy with the basic room as its what we expected for the money. glad we opted for a balcony. breakfast although basic was pleasant (breads, cheese ham fruit coffee and juice) and view was absolutely amazing. as was pool area and view. cleaners kept the place nice and clean.
  : communication was terrible. I emailed 3 times to advise that wouldnt arrive until 9pm. once when booking and was had automated reply to say email 24hour before. I emailed day before to them get a reply saying you must email on the day of arrival.emailed on the day and got no response.when arrived was asked did you know the check in times?I said yes I emailed 3 times!!the guy on desk checked us in no problem and reception seemed to be manned 24/7 so Im not sure why they have issue with a late check in as it often cant be helped with flights.we however really enjoyed our stay and would return.

  : The location of the hotel was excellent and the views from the roof top are amazing. The pool was really good and kept us cool when the temperature started rising. It is a mere 5-10 minutes walk to the square where all the shops, restaurants, entertainment and most important the beautiful beach is.
  : I was not expecting it to be 5 star standard but the room I had was really dull and not enough light. The beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean and powerful shower but the waste could not take the pressure and the water came out of the pan and into the room. Was not expecting AC but could have done with a fan.

  : Staff not very helpful could not have a second card for our room. Too many steps to hotel and inside hotel. Lift useless. No bar. Could not buy any water from reception l. No shop..No hot water

  : Good location and has a nice view. Only few meters from the elevator who gets you to the beach. Nice staff, clean bedroom and bathroom.
  : The sink and the shower drain was a little bit clogged but it wasn't a big problem at all.

  : Very poor customary service. Receptionist kept my driving licence and then when I realised it was missing on my return management accepted they had it . Two weeks later despite numerous messages this has not been returned very poor customer service !!
  : As above basic room but poor service unhappy with their response
