  : The suite was very nice. Beds very comfortable.
  : The pool area was very dirty on the poolside. The trees that overhang the pool bear fruit which was all over the poolside in piles clearly not swept in some time. Walking around is uncomfortable with these fruit underfoot and stains of their juices dried in to the floor. Not befitting of a hotel in this category / price.

  : The hotel is located in a very nice location, close to the see, very nice pool and surroundings and free parking spaces.
  : The rooms were very big, however the decoration/design was old fashioned and it was cold. There was missing some love in decoration. In addition, the daily cleaning staff did only the absolute minimum, toilet paper was once not filled up at all, once the new toilet paper was just lying aroung in the bathroom, and one time when they changed the toilet paper, they left the empty roll next to the shower.The room was also not very clean, their was still hair etc. on the ground after the cleaning staff passed by. Their was mould in the bathroom next to the shower inside and outside the shower, and the door of the shower made very loud noises when closing. There seem to have been repainting works some time ago, you still see colour wedges everywhere.The bathroom is very disproportioned (small) compared to the rest of the suite.In addition, the light on the corridors were not working at all, and the door to our room made strange noises everytime when opening it. The cleaning staff also saw it, but didnt report anything. The rescue plans in the floors were missing, instead there were some old and defective frames. It is definitely not what we expected from a 5-star hotel. It is a good 3-star hotel, in an exceptional location, but unfortunately not more. No luxury, no outstanding services, and staff not very welcoming

  : The junior suite was big with a nice view over the pool and sea. The palm trees and olive trees in the garden provide a nice atmosphere. Direct access to the sea.
  : The wall between rooms is not sound proof. Food was below average, not 5 star worthy example pizza still with soft dough. Many swimming pools but all exactly same? Not interesting for children but maybe that is on purpose?

  : Pools, great beach (clean water and soft sand) , overall resort aesthetics and comfort.
  : Nickeling and diming (4 euros for extra water bottle) no free hot tub (there is a daily extra fee to use spa facilities), at least 15 min drive to go to a nearby town center for dinner

  : Excellent breakfasts. Nice surroundings and good sized suites. Friendly staff.
  : Slightly out on a limb and we definitely needed a hire car to get about. The rooms are extremely large to the point that we wondered if the place had been designed as a clinic/hospital, with doorways wide enough the wheel patients on beds. The decor was boring and unexciting, especially the "art".
