  : Staff never said hello or welcomeNo explanation of anythingBreakfast was minimal eggs gone no coffee we waited but then toaster not working or waffle maker I think there was an electrical issue the blower dryer shut off also but we got by. The staff needs to talk and be trained to speak with its clients

  : It initially presented to be a clean hotel, price was was good
  : Smelled overwhelmingly of weed when we walked in. Desk clerk was rude. All staff came out of no where and they all started staring at us and speaking Spanish. Was very uncomfortable. Got checked in and our room the door jam had been kicked in so we had concerns about even being able to lock the door safely. Our friends stayed across from us and their toilet wouldn’t flush. They were moved to an another room. Immediately they came banging in our door they had found bedbugs on their bed. So they went and told the front desk clerk wouldn’t come and help them for sometime. They checked out and asked their money refund. We left as well and once again met with rudeness. Said we want a refund kit friends had bedbugs and we’re it taking any chances. So we left.
