  : One of the most scenic locations I have ever seen in the Hamptons. The grounds are beautiful and the beach is spectacular. Cool ocean breeze means you dont need any air conditioning in the rooms, day or night.
  : Our unit was not thoroughly clean, and the kitchen needed usable pots and pans.

  : The superintendent decided to question me, while I was on the property. I had brought my kids there and put them as additional guests. While walking to the beach he yelled at me, asking what I was doing there? This was complety unacceptable and scared my children. I replied that he has seen me that morning and could see my room key if he so desired. I'm still unsure of what the cause of this was. The only thing I had done was brought my young children there for the afternoon. Seems odd that they were the cause of such anger and outrage. Only go here if you are over 55, otherwise, the staff is only there to harass not help. Additionally, there was a party after quiet hours in the room above me. I heard the clacking of high heels while I was trying to fall asleep for a few hours. Seems as though that actual violation of the resorts ruls wasn't an issue but my children being. On the property was. Shame on you Ocean Dunes.

  : It needs to be very clear that this is a property for people over 70 with a ton of rules. You can not walk on the grass, you can not open your computer by the pool, you can not speak after 10pm, you cant do anything. We were a group of mid-30s to 40 year olds with kids and felt like we were getting yelled at by our parents or teachers.
