  : Location was great since it was less than 5 mins from wet and wild. Breakfast on Saturday was decent since we were unable to get breakfast on Sunday morning duringour stay.
  : I only had about two staff members that were polite and Nice. All other staff members were very rude. Hot tub and ice machine were not working. Housekeeping rushed us the first morning in order to clean our room said if we didn’t leave they were not going to complete housekeeping for that date because their staff was ready to leave when we return to the room back to dirty towels that were left for us as new replenished towels, when I called the front desk to advise them of that they said they needed us to bring down the towels. If not, we would have to wait 15 minutes before they would come up when they came up to bring the towels. They only took the dirty towels and didn’t want to leave thereplacement towels upon asking for them to leave them. They stated well you already have three towels you don’t need anymore. I asked if I could have the other towels they should make sure we put them to your room. On the guest information it states that on a holiday breakfast is served from 7 AM to 10 AM. We stayed on Cinco de Mayo and when we came down for breakfast at 9:30 they said they are no longer serving breakfast and I was incorrect about the info. I read on their pamphlet, that is left for all rooms. Upon check out, I was not asked how my stay was or thank you for my business. I did also notice that being a rewards member you get a free drink so when I asked about it she goes. It’s only at check-in only but I wasn’t advised that during check-in so I asked if I could have it since we are checking out her response was I guess I could give it to you. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to this location.
