  : I stayed 2 different times and each time there were 2 bugs I encountered in the bathrooms. I felt safe but concerned about the bug Situation in the rooms

  : The room was remodeled beautifully. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the room itself was impeccably clean, except for one glaring omission. There were two locks on the door, so I felt very safe. The TV was great, the internet worked without any issue. The LONE Desk Person was professional and courteous. The housekeeper was kind and friendly. I left her 5 dollars. I was granted, (after some email back and forth), a late check-out, which I appreciate. The location was perfect for my needs. It WOULD HAVE BEEN A WONDERFUL VALUE, except for the FACTS that I shall list below :
  : Once I arrived, I realized that the front desk was woefully under staffed. I was literally DANCING to use the restroom, after my long drive. Hire more people, - please. My stay in my room was warm and inviting, except for when I looked in the shower stall, and noticed all the pubic hair (three of them), and I promptly utilized the shampoo provided to scrub the shower CLEAN ! OK, so, You lose a star for that. The rest of my stay went on with no incident, except for the very loud people who can’t be bothered to use their indoor voices at 2:30 AM. I did sleep after that. But, imagine my HORROR, WHEN I WENT TO TAKE MY SHOWER the following morning, and lo and behold - THERE WAS NO HOT WATER, AND A MERE TRICKLE OF WATER PRESSURE, - to get clean with ! I paid 150.67 for this room. But, there was no viable shower facility in it. I think that COMFORT INN SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THIS, - AS THIS IS SIMPLY UNACCEPTABLE. DO BETTER ! I cannot wait to post my review on Yelp, and Trip Advisor, and wherever else I can, to warn others to bring their cleaning products and to take a bath before they book a room at The Comfort Inn in Antioch. If you can convince me that you fixed this terrible problem that you have with your hotel plumbing, then perhaps I will edit my review. But for now, I feel quite cheated out of 150.67 USD. You may return the money to my credit card. I am giving your company a chance. Now, - go to it !

  : Very nasty outside the room; other tenants running around naked, throwing food outside the door,; refrigerator inside my room was leaking; door kept jamming with the lock; a lot of people outside my room at late ours of the night when I was trying to sleep before work; staff very rude and does not accommodate their guess; shower has no shower door, Walter sprays everywhere; almost feel a few time getting out of the shower and stepping on the slippery floor. For a long suite, the price was definitely not worth it; I just waisted my money; I’ve stayed at this place several times and it just keeps getting worse and worse

  : When I checked out of this dump, my credit card was charged an additional charge for dirty towels. Coffee was spilled and cleaned up with a towel so they said it caused the towel to stain. This place and its management team is horrible!!!
