: The building and the comfort inside. The bedroom was lovely with some nice attention and really qualitative. The bathroom was perfect as well including qualitative product from le labo.
: Missing one thing : a gym! They have a wellness cebter, a gym would be a perfect plus.

: This is a beautiful hotel with a great style throughout. The bedding is wonderful and the food and drink we experienced was fantastic. The bathroom was large and the products smell divine. The overall feel of this hotel is splendid. The staff (all expert one) are friendly and helpful.
: We stayed in room 20 and unfortunately from 7.45/8am we experienced much noise in the hotel from cleaning staff and people moving around. The insulation/soundproofing is terrible and this did affect our morning lay in.... basically earplugs would be needed. I suggest maybe the hotel management spend the night on a weekend to best experience our issue and explore how they might best be able to reduce the noise levels. The gentleman waiter at breakfast was our other issue, he made us feel very unwelcome when we arrived for breakfast at 10.20am. (breakfast service ends at 10.30am) The waiter was impatient and pushy... with no commitment to service or the guest experience. Training is needed in how to point out to guests politely and respectfully that the kitchen will close in ten minutes time (which we did know) The waiter needs to remember the customers are guests and should be treated as such. We ordered very quickly and made no fuss but left feeling extremely agitated by this gentlemen waiters unreasonable attitude.

: What really made it a great experience was the unique location, the beautiful bar and the really nice food. The biggest surprise that the bathroom hidden in a closet.
: We couldnt get a reservation for the Jane and ask the staff to double check. I totally understand if thats not possible but I would expect a call or message to confirm that they could get a table for us. I called a reception and nobody knew anything about it.
