  : Fantastic location. Great starting point for hiking trips or skiing in winter. Underground parking spaces available for 10Fr night. Fantastic view from the valley. Very kind staff.
  : Smoke smell in the room. There is no option to stay in a non smoking room. All rooms have a kitchenette and is possible to cook. Therefore our hall smelled as strong food combined with cigarettes. The sofa bed for the third guest was broken, but after one bad night the hotel placed a third bed in the room. We stayed in an old room. Found out that some rooms have been fully updated. We will make sure to ask for a newer room next time. Breakfast could be offer more variety. We stayed in a cheaper hotel in Zermatt right after our stay here and the breakfast was included in the room rate and the offer was 3 times more than at Zodiaque hotel.

  : Good location on the village square, close to restaurant & bars. in full ski season with good snow, its also possible to ski down to the square (but right now it was closed so I took the shuttle bus from the cable car). Close to hike starting points as well.Room was big, comfortable, super clean, and the south view was amazing (big balcony!)Friendly staff.The hotel also offers some really interesting rates for the wellness centre, much worth to try after a day of hike or ski :)
  : A bit dark when you get to the hotel from the village square. its an old-fashioned hotel & decoration but doesnt matter as long as its clean and the facilities are maintained.

  : The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. The location of the hotel is perfect.
  : The floor plan of the room with the step into the bathroom and on to the balcony were quite high for my elderly mom. The bedding (duvet and pillow) are not very comfortable. The signage to find the hotel if you come by bus should be better.
