  : The weekend staff members were very friendly and helpful. The room and furniture in the room was sufficient. I did appreciate the lady who "hunted" down the smoker at the end of our hallway and attempted to abate that nuisance. The pool area was nice but there we no lounge chairs, no toilet paper in the bathrooms out there nor any refreshments available to purchase pool side.
  : The lady who was at the front desk when we arrived on Thursday night and again when we checked out on Monday morning did not attempt in the slightest to come across as willing to be helpful. Online, well in advance of our stay, we had requested a ground floor room. Upon arrival, we were told there was not a ground floor room available and we were given a 5th floor room. A 5th floor room is not doable due to walking limitations currently being experienced by my spouse. She then said she did have a room on the 1st floor and gave us those room keys. In the 1st floor hallway, there was a heavy odor of air freshener obviously attempting to cover up the overall musty odor of the 1st floor. When we entered the room, there was dirty washcloth hanging over the shower curtain. The mattress was too soft for my liking but the sheets were not soft, at all. We had a continuous problem with gnats or some other similar bugs in our room. The restaurant is only open on weekend evening and late night hours - and there are NO restaurants convenient to the Lux for a sit down meal.

  : Location and check in and staff friendly.
  : The room had a really bad smell/odor when opening the door, but either subsided after a couple of mins and or it was the spray I sprayed then couldn?t smell the odor as bad.

  : The jacuzzi tub in the room
  : The location and the look of the outside also the room had a funny smell when we first walked in. We were also very disappointed in the accessibility of the spa. There were no massage therapist there at all!!!

  : No hot water!We woke up and tried to shower at 6am before heading to work. Had to get a hotel due to no electricity due to morning storms. Very disappointed that for the price we couldn?t get a hot shower - water wasn?t even warm.No restaurant -

  : Wish there would have been continental breakfast available. Was not pleased/happy with loud evening private festivities. Prefer more food options, longer hours at restaurant but didnt like bar in same room as restaurant.
