: Ideal location for anyone staying in matlock, a very short walk to the town, the owners were very accommodating and friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable and breakfast had lots of options and tasty. Would definitely recommend and would stay again

: The minute we arrived we felt welcomed, the host was warm and friendly. Our room which was on the ground-floor was spotless and had a huge walk-in shower which was ideal. The bed was comfy and was Queen size. Wi-fi was free, there was tea and coffee making facilities with biscuits and a flat screen TV. The room also contained a fridge for personal use but bottled water and some chocolate bars were also inside which if you wanted you were just asked to leave 50p for a bottle of water and 60p for a chocolate bar. The breakfast in the morning was lovely and service was quick and again the member of staff very friendly. We were lucky with the weather and sat out in the garden in the evening.
: There wasn't anything which we could fault and we were told if we required anything we were only to ask.

: Janet & John provided a very warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble . Our room was spacious, clean and we also had the benefit of a safe and a small fridge. The breakfast was excellent every day while the garden area provided ample seating to sit and relax in the evenings. All in all superb value for money and we will be back!
