  : We chose this hotel for its pool and the pool was under construction. It would have been nice to have the pool or stay at another hotel for a cheaper price. In the future it would be nice to know Info like this before we book.

  : O to go breakfast bags were not pre made. We we leaving to get to work on time, we had to request one and wait while they threw in an apple, a small round soft roll that was supposed to be a bagel, one jelly and one peanut butter and a bottle of waer.

  : The pool was nice and the people who worked there
  : There was only 2 towels in the bathroom and no pillows on the pull out bed. My bedroom reservation included my kids but they didnt have the pull out bed made or anything. I had to go ask for pillows and the front desk person didnt offer to help me take them up or anything. The hospitality could have been better.

  : The beds were extremely uncomfortable, the AC would not stay on so it kept getting hot in the room, the staff seemed annoyed when I called down twice (one for extra pillows and one for towels for the pool), the carpet in the room was very dirty, the pull out mattress on the couch was brown and gross

  : Close to the zoo which is why we came to Asheboro. Free parking on site. Mini fridge/microwave in rooms. Friendly housekeeping staff gave extra towels/washcloths when we asked
  : We chose this hotel for indoor pool so our kids could swim while on our mini vacation however when we arrived and asked about pool hours front desk said pool had been closed for 3 months and may open the next day pending inspection. This information would have been nice to know prior and should have been posted on website or shared when booking. The pool did open the next day but was so cold Im assuming because the heater had just been turned on that day for reopening. The walls are thin so you can hear noise from adjoining rooms and hallways. Every time another room close opened/closed their door our door would rattle. No lotion or extra soap, supplies in the bathroom.
