  : The property is a gem in the residencial area of Koukaki. The inner garden offers a relaxing spot after a long day in Athena. The room was full equipped with all that we might need. The host is amazing, and he shared good tips and recommendations about eating places and what to do in town.

  : It is not very far from the center, about a kilometer. The apartment is spacious.
  : There is a building work going nearby from very early in the morning.

  : The main bedroom bedding was comfortable. The space in main bedroom and lounge area was large.
  : Creaking floors and door hinges. Although main bathroom was nice, it was let down by towel rail not been replaced, toilet roll holder fell off wall, small maintenance things which could improve the property. Lounge suite although looked very impressive, was quite uncomfortable. Pokey, awkward second bedroom, and very tiny kitchenette. Host was very nice when I was finally able to reach him, although the only way we were able to reach him was when the cleaning lady heard our constant knocks at front entry and kindly phoned him. The mobile number given to call on the door entry went though to message bank. Not very good when youre a family waiting outside in the heat with a young child trying to get into your accommodation.

  : Lovely quiet apartment with peaceful courtyard garden, great location a short 10 minute walk from the acropolis and key sites
  : There was a bit of a misunderstanding re the arrangements for getting in but they responded quickly to a WhatsApp message so all sorted within half an hour. Crockery and glasses were a little depleted ( only one side plate and no wine glasses ) and there was no microwave or hot plate so not possible to cook at all apart from cold food, but otherwise very well equipped apartment

  : Never saw the owner. I had to ring him twice to be able to checkin despite having told him the day before and in the morning the exact time we will be arriving.Finally the maid who does't speak a word of english let us in and walk off. After spending the morning travelling by ferry and car , all we wanted was to have a shower and relax before heading out . Unfortunately there was no hot water! I rang him again and it's only then he told that I need to press a button on the fuse box which is located at the entrance of the room and I have wait 30 minutes to get hot water. Why did he not tell us this before at checkin or the maid could have put it on since they exactly what time we will arrived. Couldn't even make a cup of tea because they didn't gave us water and on their website they mention complimentary water on arrival.The next day at 10.30 a.m I send him a text to ask him if we could get some extra towels and the maid can bring it when she comes to clean the room . The fact that he read my message on whatsapp and didn't respond , I thought he understood and will do the necessary. When we came back at 6 p.m, the room was not done and no clean towels. We couldn't believe it. At this stage we were very disappointed and fustrated. When I texted him , he then told me that they offer a cleaning sevice evey 3 days!!! The fact that he didn't bother telling us this after he read my message earlier on , shows total disregard towards his guests So since we are staying 3 days mean we won't have the room clean. They never mention this on their website otherwise we would not have booked this place. Even in a cheap 2 star hotels they give daily housekeeping.Stay away from this this place , it's overated, our room was dark and the we didn't like the neighbourhood. I am so surprise with all the positive reviews because the moment we check in till we left it was a bad experience for us.
