  : Ideal location for work conference downtown.
  : If I was just visiting Atlanta I would choose a different location and a nicer hotel. This was place was bare minimum, which was fine for the price but the floors in the room were not swept properly and definitely not mopped. Gunk and dirt and stains on the floor.

  : Very convenient for attending the AmericasMart trade shows. Only 10 minutes walking distance. The room was very spacious. Be aware there is no hairdryer in the room. Basic toiletries and fresh towels delivered daily.
  : Do not take rooms 102 or 104 - they are located near the parking lot with direct accessa + the corridor has no AC there. During the rain bugs flee the parking area and try to hide in your room. Roaches to be specific. I had 3 of them during my stay, and they were BIG.

  : I like rooms & how clean it was.
  : Property was nice. Just was not feeling staff especially manager. I was sitting in wait area was asked by staff why am I here. I had an issue with payment. Wasn't even time to check in. Staff came & asked me was I ready. Was a bit annoyed because not doing to caucasian guest who wasn't ready to check in . Was told by clerk the manager asked why we were here.

  : I liked the hotel was in a convenient location as it was right in the center of where most of our daily activities were.
  : The beds were uncomfortable and hard as a rock. The pillows were made of feathers, so I was constantly getting stabbed while sleeping. The bathroom was the only thing "cleaned" while we were gone every day and take how cleaned is in quotation marks. The effort for cleaning was quite dismal. The ac would constantly turn on and off, leaving the room either really cold for a minute or really hot for 10 min. The hotel is literally right next to the highway, so all night, you can hear loud traffic sounds. We had to pay $15 for parking a night even though the parking lot was completely empty the whole time we were there.
