  : It’s undergoing renovation so the pool was unavailable. The room was out of shower gel and though we asked for some three times, never received any. The check in/help desk was often unmanned and/or the system was down so that presented difficulties and the valets ended up helping many people with other issues rather than just their cars (which was very much appreciated)! I will not stay here in the future.

  : Broken/No AC. Extra pull out couch had no mattress. Dirty and smelt like people were smoking around us. Gross and not worth it.

  : Old and non-working AC units caused room to be over 80 degrees and it was 97 outside. The couches were run down and smelled like mold/mildew.

  : We didn't have the room we booked.(2 bed Suite with mini kitchen) There was an hvac issue and the room was 78. They tried to make it like we were upgraded to the crowne floor but the room was dusty vents, crooked wall so bathroom door did not fully shut, no fridge or microwave in which they said it would at least have that, Balcony doors were screwed shut in every room. The sky bar had no access nor were there grills to use they had been removed. The room service was crappy and the hotel did not have accommodable resources for the rooms. Housekeeping came to our room, removed dirty towels but did not leave clean ones, gave us no TP ( It was a hassle to get some, they said they did not have enough), Never gave us more coffee pods or new cups. Breakfast was all screwed up and changed mid way way through our stay. We also had an itch that looked like little bites and itched for the remainder of the stay. They also seemed to be having check in issues everyday, check in was 3pm we never had a room until about 6pm. It was definitely NOT a good experience.
