  : I have stayed several times and like the concept of the two bedrooms.Teresa, the asst GM is an absolute gem, truly. She is the reason we keepStaying there rather than somewhere else in Augusta. There is another front desk lady who is also lovely and helpful and kind. I forget her name, but she was on duty on Friday morning.
  : The AC in our room was malfunctioning and no air was coming out of the vents in the living room. We asked for it to be fixed and were greeted with rudeness and unhelpful attitude from the man and woman who were on duty on Thursday evening. Eventually, late in the evening, they offered us another room but it was our last night and we were exhausted, so I said we would just hang out in the bedrooms. I had been having medical treatment the last two days. I was too tired to move at that time, hours after we had first asked for them to fix it. Eventually, very late, the AC came back.
