  : - I think this is the 3rd or 4th visit here, each new visit something new appears and gets better - this year there is a new suspended place for tables at restaurant, excellent place to serve launch or breakfast (3 years ago was the elevator and small pool+ sauna) - quiet, nice parking - towels changed daily - discount tickets for aqua park nearby - people are nice here, really like the way they talk (accent), and the team in charge is the same since I start coming here, only at the restaurant I saw new faces
  : this were mostly annoying stuff, but not a deal breaker and I bet they can solve all the problems in 1-2 hours and not more then 20Euro, so pretty sure next time the issues will be present - some things in the room are from the beginning of the hotel and should be changed, the toilet clean tool was broken, the towel support near basin was moving, on the other wall there were signs that something was present there and now are missing and only a radiator could be used to put towels without the risk of dropping - there was 1 glass in the bathroom who looked like it was last used few years ago and left there on the other side was only a sign something was hanged there, most of the time they are new and in plastic bags but not this time/here, probably the glasses were not used and in time were not changed anymore

  : The feeling you're not a stranger. Everything was as should be in a hotel. Excellent breakfast, nice pool.
  : 2 downsides: there is no minibar in room and the restaurant is closed at 20pm.

  : the hotel is easily accessible and only a short walking distance from the centre of Baile Felix. It looks like the glorious days of this hotel were not that long ago and that some of the facilities and equipment had been refurbished until then.
  : The whole hotel stinks. the carpets in the corridors need deep cleaning, the plumbing in the rooms needs revision and improvement. The cleaning ladies came banging on the door insistently at 9am on both mornings we were there, wanting to clean the room, which is just half hour after breakfast starts being served. I dare say that the entire hotel is very poorly managed. people at the reception were changing all the time, but barely anybody spoke any language other than Romanian. they sit entirely below the height of the reception desk, so it looks like they're hiding. the timing of the cleaning ladies, considering the few guests of the hotel and the amount of deep-cleaning that should be done, was appalling. I guess the pool and jacuzzi could speak to some, but after smelling the dodgy odours of the hotel, the desire to fill into the pool left us.
