  : The history
  : There is only one TV throughout the apartmenti traveled with children so that didnt benefit me at all. In the pull out couch there were old crumbs of some sort, a lot of it and that was unacceptable!! Other than that the price is great but the location itself is deada lot of homeless people and abandoned buildings in the area

  : This place is filthy dirty, we got bites, we got ill. But worse than it all, when we asked to leave they refused to refund or release us from this booking. Even when Booking.com was calling them and requesting that we get to move from the property. So with no spare funds to book elsewhere, we had to stay in the most unsanitary property. Lorraine blocked my calls and my attempts to resolve were ignored. When we were finally offered another space in the same building it was no better. I also realised that Id experienced this company a few years prior, they have multiple properties- beware! Avoid Chase Street properties at all costs.

  : Derrick met us with the keys and showed us the apartment he was very nice and very thorough. The apartment was very clean. The location was very nice. Close to the Harbor and the stadiums.
  : The bathroom was treacherous. I slipped on the floor getting in and out of the shower. My adult son actually fell getting out of the shower. The bath mat is way too small without a rubber backing and the extra step into the shower is very narrow. That can be easily remedied with better and larger mats. Also the street noise was significant.

  : The location was very central to the Inner Harbor. With three locked doors to the outside ,I felt safe even though in the middle of the city. The apartment was spacious giving us plenty of room to move around. Appreciated the free parking.
  : The coffee maker didn't work due to not having the right pot and they did not provide filters to use it. The remote did not work to the TV in the bedroom. Navigating getting in was more complicated than a regular hotel, but once in was just fine. Otherwise everything was as expected.

  : After booking we ran into a snag due to our credit card declining because they thought it was fraud. Although it was extremely difficult to reach the owner, once we spoke to Lorraine (the property manager), she assured us that everything was okay and that they would re-run the card. Lorraine's communication and detailed instructions were amazing!
  : We wish there were a couple more mirrors. There were 3 women staying in the apartment and the ONLY mirror was in the restroom. It would have been nice to have a few more so we could prepare for our conference while someone was in the restroom. It would also be nice to have a full length mirror available.
