  : The front desk lady was very rude! She took a personal phone call for about 5mins before she helped me/greeting me. When we I asked her if someone could check us in, she said no and continued with her phone call. When she finally helped me , she gave me the wrong room even though I booked it months in advance. When I told her I only had one bed for a family of four,she told me all the rooms were booked. I would never recommend or ever come back to this location just because of the non customer service.

  : Location was pretty decent and safe. Although all restaurants in the area were shut by 9/ max 10 pm.Not close to any of the touristy areas but amongst a bunch of apartment buildings.Free parking was a bonus.Close proximity to grocery store with a full service Starbucks was good
  : Basic services and cleanliness was amiss. We checked in the evening and didn’t have proper bed linen in the room. Although we asked for it and received it but had to do our own turn down.There was a /shoe mark on the bed when we entered but were told that the housekeeping staff were not available so they would tend to it the next day. That night we were left to tend to it on our own so we put a sheet over the bed. The next day when we requested for housekeeping at noon, because no one showed up, we were told they couldn’t get to us the same day as they were too occupied and we were not on their roster. I mean wtf?!?!The bed linen was not ironed and did not feel fresh at all. Which it obviously wasn’t. The rooms didn’t have clean drinking glasses ( they were stained with some white powdery stuff like leftover toothpaste)The shower pressure was bear minimum and the shower was extremely slippery.I cannot believe we payed Us$ 250 a night for the same service we could have gotten at a red roof inn or days inn or any motel. Definitely not a Marriott level hotel and definitely not coming back.

  : Great location for cruise travel and a lot of resources available close to the hotel.
  : We pulled out the couch bed for the kids and the bed appeared to have been slept in and under that bed was old rose peddles, candles and balloons. I felt bad for the under staffed front desk staff and kitchen staff. Any direct interaction in the lobby took forever. Over priced shuttle for a 4 min drive to the Baltimore cruise lot. We made out better driving over and paying to leave the car at the cruise lot instead.

  : Clean, nice room, staff especially Edwin- the evening concierge/ at the front desk was very helpful, kind and went above and beyond to find me a few restaurants to eat at for dinner.
  : The shower in the bathroom was not safe as there was no door to close the shower and the shower head sprayed water outside the shower o to the bathroom floor resulting in a slippery floor. Someone could easily fall in the shower or bathroom if not careful.I used a few towels to line the bathroom floor outside the shower.I strongly recommend management fix this as this is a major safety issue!!Also it would be nice if. Breakfast was included in the price of the room.
