  : The location of the property was outstanding. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
  : However, the hotel has seen better days. It was clean, but the room was sparse and the bathroom tiny. Fewer amenities than more modern facilities.

  : The tiny room with steps up to the tiny bathroom. No grab rails on the tub. The room was next to the main staircase and above the front entrance, noisy.

  : The location was absolutely beautiful! There is a restaurant onsite that was nice and the rooms are spacious. Parking is free.
  : The walls are thin are the halls are noisy, also outside noise travels to the room and makes it hard to go to sleep.

  : The inn is shabby and neglected. Our room was tiny and lacked basic amenities such as extra toilet paper and soap. The shower did not work. Food was mediocre. Grounds so neglected to the point of being unsafe.

  : The view of the harbor and the dinner on the terrace were very nice. We enjoyed sitting at the pool although there were very few chairs. It was very quiet and relaxing and the garden across the street is so beautiful.
  : We had to wait 30” after check in time to get into our room even though we called ahead to see if we could get in early. Our room was on the 4th floor and it felt like being stuck in the forgotten area. The wallpaper and paint needs updated and the window screens and ledges hadn’t been cleaned in years. The furniture was a hodgepodge of miscellaneous early attic which was okay but I was surprised that there was no attempt to make the room look more in line with the early American atmosphere of the architecture. At $360 a night it just came off as disappointing. Of course I didn’t get to see any of the rooms on the lower floors. Maybe they all look like that.

  : It’s a cute inn, with a great restaurant. The staff of the inn and restaurant were all amazing. The outdoor lawn/property is also gorgeous.
  : The guest rooms need renovation. The restrooms had stains on the walls and the mirrors and fixtures were coming off the walls.

  : The breakfast was meager and with no tea available absolutely not acceptableThe location of the hotel was good but the photographs presented the hotel in a much better light than it actually was –Good view of the Harbor but no way to walk down to the water or even sit on the lawn to relax - our room was antiquated to the point where the ball and claw tub is dangerous had to take a cold water bath and no place to put soap or hang on for safety - no safety bar -The hotel was last updated around 1962 by virtue of the lobby and sitting area furnishings - Knew immediately upon the approach to the hotel when I saw the threshold stairs were I’m on capped lacking paint and any new surface materials again for safety - not worth the $300 a night that we paid!
