  : The flat was fine - a good size and bed was comfy. The location is nice - in a tenement which has park space between it, it is about 20 mins walk into the middle of Barrow and although industrial it was a nice walk and not too much traffic. There's a Co-op nearby which is open long hours which is really handy. The shower was good. It was clean and all equipment was new.
  : Information about check in was fine but collecting keys in the dark was really difficult. It also meant I didn't see the parking information which did say not to park just outside, but everyone else had so i just put my car there - and got a ticket. Literally no information at all in the flat, not a single thing. So i didn't find out how to use the wifi and didn't find out about the parking situation. The heating wasn't on and i couldn't make it work so had a cold night although they did fix it the next day. Everything was newly bought but very basic - eg no table at all - even a coffee / side table in the lounge - so it was a bit inconvenient. They did sort issues on request but it felt a bit distant compared to other services apartments I've stayed in.
