  : The White Mountains are amazing and an excellent family vacation spot.
  : Host was unresponsive to issues. It's a corporate owned property, so you deal with automated systems bouncing around and hope someone gets back to you. We were having issues with the televisions, so I reached out. Once they finally responded, they said someone would be by to take care of the issue. that was 4 days before the end of our vacation. They never came to fix the issue...

  : There were 4 of us, one parent; and (3) 16 year old's. We liked the house, which is spacious, clean, and gave us each options for quiet spaces. The washer and dryer were a plus, along with the dishwasher. Sofas and chairs were nice. Nice kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, and dinnerware. Ample supply of towels.
  : We arrived during a snowstorm. The driveway was not plowed, and since in was on a hill, it was difficult to drive up the driveway, as it was snow covered and slippery. I am 63 years old. I slipped and fell on the stairs going into the house, as they were not shoveled. The tv was not easy to figure out. We were able to figure it out the second night. Mattresses could be more comfortable. Check out time should be latter, as people like to sleep later, after a previous day's activity.
