  : We were located on the second floor, and the balcony is shared with all three apartments. Could be loud if all apartments are taken

  : The studio apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable and it was in a good position right on the lake but those are the only positive things I can say about this apartment.
  : We had to make 25 phone calls to the owner who did not answer her phone and finally turned up after 35 minutes while we waited in the rain. I called 16 times on my phone, my husband called 5 times on his phone, a man walking past called the number twice and we got the Tourist information office and the police to call as well. It was only when the tourist information staff emailed the owner that she responded. The bathroom was appalling as the shower is so small, it barely fits a woman, let alone a big man, the shower drain backed up and the toilet is squashed in a corner. The bottom of the shuttter on the window was broken and no attempt had been made to fix it, so there was no privacy and no curtain to block out the light. There is no kettle, so we had to boil water in a saucepan to make a cup of tea. No complimentary coffee or tea bags were provided. We were aware that you cannot park at the apartment, you have to drive to a public car park some distance away but if you arrive after 6pm you can't get in to the street where the apartment is. Initially the Wifi didn't work so we had to call the owner's husband to come down to fix it, but even then it was very patchy and weak reception. The owners lack an understanding of customer service really stands out.
