  : The room was advertised with a kitchen, photo of a kitchen. The manager said this was an accident and the room had only a micro refrigerator which was not plugged in, and a hot water pot. They messaged us that we should bring our own provisions as there isnt a store or restaurant available. So we bought meat and cheese, milk and eggs, and then there was no way to keep the food from going bad. The manager argued about this mistake in the listing. We also mentioned that we were killing giant black carpenter ants. He again argued and said they dont have ants. So we had to show a video. Again, he minimized this and said that black ants arent harmful. (They have a terrible bite)Tired of arguing with the manager. Take responsibility for poor listing details, and if a renter says there are ants, apologize and say that the housekeeper will set out traps! Done. Easy. Respectful. This manager was exhausting
