  : I've stayed in many hotels, but this one takes the cake for being the absolute worst. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority.The front desk staff greeted me with utter indifference. When I expressed concerns about the room's condition, they simply stared blankly, showing no interest in addressing the issues.I ended up trying three different rooms, hoping to find one that was at least marginally acceptable. No such luck. Each room was a nightmare in its own right.All three rooms had hair scattered across the floors and in the showers. In one room, I found hair on the sheets, making my skin crawl at the thought of sleeping there. Another room boasted stained linens that I wouldn't let my worst enemy sleep on.The smell in each room was unbearable - a mix of musty air, wet dog, and who knows what else.After the third failed attempt at finding a habitable room, I couldn't take it anymore. The thought of spending even one night in this cesspool was too much to bear. I asked for a refund, which they provided without so much as an apology or explanation for the abysmal conditions.I promptly booked a room at another hotel, vowing never to return to this health hazard masquerading as accommodation. Save yourself the trouble and stay far, far away from this place. Your health and sanity will thank you.1/5 stars, and that's being generous.

  : Despite the current remodeling, everything was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful.
  : The TV was somewhat difficult to use in that the guide was problematic at times. Some times it wouldn't move or would only show the main 5 channels.
