  : I found the room very unclean , the side we got was very noisy . we got no cooling only fans but filthy .bathroom was horrible , old and the taps was saw bad , that my daughters got burnt with hot water .the room was dirty , no lifts , had to carry luggage on the steps .really disappointed , breakfast was so poor .

  : Location was good in relation to accessing the M1 and the surroundings was very quiet. The bar and areas around it were fairly clean and well laid out.
  : For a brand like Hilton, the furniture was very dated and basic. Carpets and chairs badly stained, bed should be replaced as it squeaks by just sitting on it. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Shower area has signs of mold. Paying for parking at a hotel is also very off-putting. Be prepared to pay 7 quids per night.For 125 per night, I was expecting a better standard especially because it has the Hilton name.

  : I stayed at the Hilton Leicester last night with my daughter who was in a sports competition today. It was really disappointing that the level of noise meant we did not enjoy the stay due to lack of sleep/disturbances. Someone found it amusing to bang on our room door and run away which happened around 10 times over the course of around 1.5 hours. I contacted reception after 4/5 times of the door knocking to ask that they check cameras or check corridors. Then the noise from a constant stream of people going into rooms and the doors banging was terrible. To top it off there was a wedding party taking place and some guests were screaming and arguing in the courtyard area outside our room. The shouting, swearing and physicality was unnerving and another disruption to my and my child trying to sleep. We both woke at 6am having felt we’d hardly slept all night. Not what I’d expect from a reputable company. Had I not paid on arrival I most certainly would’ve not been prepared to pay for my room this morning when checking out.
