  : Staff was very friendly and helpful though I saw their frustration with booking.com. in my 20 years of customer service I've learned to hide that frustration with third parties. Otherwise it ruins a customer experience. Or simply refuse to work with 3rd parties.
  : The breakfast selection was just ok. Not enough waffle mix for me and my daughter. The first night we called into bed I was ready to feel clean sheets. Unfortunately what I felt was a bunch of crumbs inside of the sheets. The overall safety of the room was a bit concerning. Missing switch plates on the walls. Missing lenses from the bathroom light. Ptac unit on the wall either needs service or to be replaced. Inside of the pool needs to be scrubbed. Well the cost of everything is rising for everyone. Taking a that into consideration I would say my stay was still good.

  : Very Pleasant people running the front desk. Willing to open pool back up after 10pm so 2 of us could use hot tub. Great dog policy. Good enough & several choices for breakfast.
  : Just needed several updates. Plug ins in 305 were all loose finally found one I could use to charge phone and heat my flat iron. Hair dryer didn't work. No bathroom fans in 305 or 315 the two rooms we reserved. Only 1 lock on both doors.

  : It was very close to the ball park.
  : I needed a pet room. Our dogs are show dogs. They stay in hotels all the time and are crated but are clean and no one ever knows they are in the room. The hotel charged me $60 on top of the pet room price I paid through Booking.com. Told me they might have to clean the carpets. The room had NO carpets! We were on the third floor. The ac was not on in any part of the third floor or the elevator. The floor stunk really bad. We turned the air on and left to go to the baseball game, when we came back it was really late so we just stayed in the room; but it smelled like mold. My daughter had to go to urgent care the next day bc she was terribly sick. The front desk guy would not listen to what I was saying and argued with me about the price. Bottom line it was not worth even close to $200 to stay in a dump like that!

  : It was a nice location. Was close to where we needed to be and go.
  : The hotel keys never worked while we stayed. Yes, we were aware that the keys where not to be put around phones, in wallets, other credit cards, or around anything that would deactivate them. But somehow the keys got deactivated. Was told the above and I responded that we already knew this, but continued to still have problems. I honestly don't know what else to say about this problem because yes I do work for a hotel chain cleaning rooms and yes I know the keys do this but I also know that sometimes the door key pad needs batteries, charged, or reset depending on the system used and what hotel.

  : It was nice. The staff was on point with customer service. I felt safe and enjoyed my nights here.
  : There were too many transactions from the hotel on my card once I checked out. There was the stay and then there was an additional charge I didn't know about. Probably should check the bank account after checking in.
