  : Very dirty, tv didn't work, ac didn't work, doors couldn't be closed, bed and couches were falling apart, glass sidetable was broken and there were splinters on the floor.

  : The property was located by the train but you had to walk 3 -4 blocks to get the keys with your entire party. So it was a far walk with backpacks unnecessarily when they could have met us at the apartment.
  : Kitchen there but stove not working, hot plate not working. Refrigerator was fine. No coffee pot or hot pot available. Not recommended even though it was cheaper than other listings. It was Not a treat.

  : To be honest, I just want to start about the fact that the checking process was very stressful. You have to get to their checkin point and give all you IDs (again!! Even after filling a very long online form. Careful that they will charge you if you do not do it!! 10 per person!! Which is unbelievable!!) When I got there, I arrived 15 mins after 7PM (after telling them and receiving no reply or whatsoever), and their staff did not say a word, started smoking in front of me and I was just there standing and waiting. They have probably checked us in 15 mins after my arrival.. After checkin out - my bank sent me a notification of a charge of 17 . I have then contacted them and there were so rude!I never imagine that someone that hosts people would treat people like this. Not to mention.. I have tried to contact them million of times prior checkin on the phone, however, they kept redirected me to the Booking chat, where of course, I HAVE RECEIVED NO REPLIES.Moreover, AC not working - windows that you can barely close. Honestly, things that usually I dont mind.. but for the way you have treated me, this review is nothing.

  : The airco did'nt work, we open the doors and the loundness from outside came in. The stoof did'nt work we could not cook small things. The rooms were very hot
