  : The beachfront location.
  : - the property is constantly noisy, particularly so during the night. Hard to sleep - the rooms look much nicer in the pictures than what they actually are. - the AC in the room has very little power, an even these small rooms take hours to cool down- baffled by the quality of the food. Unsure how others praise the quality of the food. Both the breakfast and dinner are quite bad. Do yourself a favor and go eat elsewhere - cheap and good options all around. - the beach is very crowded - even though they own the chairs they pack them like cans of sardines. Even those meant for hotel guests - the quality of towels / linens is really poor- no facility to clean your feet after the beach, so you bring all the sand i to your room- my friend booked a large room, staff wouldnt let him keep his large room because he was alone and was forced into a tiny room. - i had to leave early and staff wouldnt let my friend use the room that I emptied even though it was fully paid by me and they refused to refund!- Overpriced for what you ultimately get.

  : Payment was in advance, restaurant was okay but nothing special, value for money is a bit expensive in my opinion.

  : The room with bathtube was great
  : the hotel was desapointed, the food was a huge problem : dont eat at the restaurant we were sick all night. Not four stars standard.

  : We came to celebrate our honeymoon and they upgraded us to the spa bath room.The staff were amazing they were very polite and nice.The location is the best in ksamil right on the beach and there are free beds to hotel guests.The view from the room to the beach is amazing.Paid dinner was very goodWe had a great experience.
  : The breakfast was bad and not fresh.The room design is a little outdated but thanks to the view it was still great.Bathroom is a bit small.

  : Location is really good as it has hotel sun beds and beach access
  : Short staff ,our Ac was not working he was saying cant do anything about it ..so literally has to pressurise him for new room ..Room quality was not great too
