Disappointing

  : location, room big and clean
  : pool was dirty (clumps of hair in it), very run done in places (exposed electricity)

  : Luxury building and hotel area with swimming pool. Balcony with good view! In the same evening there were 3 different private and glamorous parties, but it was interesting to watch what was happening from the balcony and they did not disturb the night's sleep.
  : Finding the hotel was tricky, I used Google maps and hotel address Via Panoramica, 1, Boscoreale, Terzigno, Metropolitan City of Naples, Italy - the hotel is not there! The breakfast was poor.

  : The staff is very very nice. We had two issues and they did everything in their power to help us. The hotel is a little bit far from the main "attractions" but the hotel offer lifts to the nearest train station for free, or lifts to the Vesuvio, Pompeii, etc... I discussed a little bit with the reception staff and apparently they will expand their attraction offers which is nice. The rooms were exactly as describe and very clean. The cleaning staff was also very nice. Breakfast was good and with a lot of choices. They were doing some renovation work also to improve the hotel.
  : They organize a lot of events and sometimes the access to the pool is limited. However, it was a very rare occasion and the events finished early. The reception staff don't always speak great english but they all make their best to understand you. They were very nice as I said before so it wasn't such a great problem for us.

  : It was a busy weekend in the area, so there werent many options for places to stay. Room was dated but very clean.
