  : Didn’t have fresh towels didn’t have toilet paper and the pool was green and not clean like promised when I called there were bugs in the rooms the rooms were not cleaned and sanitized check out at 11am they coming trying to break in at 10am

  : There was no breakfast and the location was horrible homeless people outside, weed smoking in rooms and it was filthy. No one around to assist. I had to leave the following morning

  : There were roaches, mold, no wifi for me to work, and no hot water to bathe properly. My towels weren't clean, and when asked if we could get clean linens and towels I was told there weren't any. I am extremely unhappy.

  : Off the bat I was charged $75 on top of the booking.com payment for a security deposit. I was told I'd be issued a refund at checkout. The first room I was given, the bed was unmade and it looked like it was occupied. I promptly shut the door and went to the front desk where I was given another room. Upon first inspection, it didn't appear to be in current use.I used the restroom, found hair and dirt behind the sink faucet, overlooked that commonly missed error. The houseflies were terrible, my 13 yr old was eating when we arrived and the flies were attacking us. I went to the pull out sofa, which was to be used because my three daughters and I were staying there for the night. Under the cushions lay trash and I realized I didn't have any linens for this bed.Frustrated I sat at the end of the bed after I removed the comforter.I have a broken foot and needed to rest. I touched the top sheet and my hands were met with grit. I couldn't see much, a few red fibers on the sheet, but felt like the sheet had been laid on with shoes.I started to look closer at the bed linens.The bed appeared to be made with unfresh linens, as if the bed was made after the last guest checked out without changing the linens. Shocked, i couldn't sleep on either bed.Tried calling the office but got no answer. So my broken foot and I hobbled to the office.It was 10:20 pm.The door was locked and the lights were off.Not knowing what to do, I went back to the room to gather my belongings and I booked another room at a nearby hotel through booking.com. I went back to this hotel the following morning and they said I'd have to get a refund through booking.com. they told me my refund for the security deposit would be issued back to my card in 3-5 business days.I haven't received a refund for either. The manager is never there when I call, I don't live close. Booking.com refused to give me a refund because the property said I stayed there.

  : The sheets had dead bugs in them , it was hair all in the toilet , cob webs were floating over the light fixture by the bathroom , it was hair in the shower , and the bathroom had nats.
