  : Breakfast was delicious and with convenient location to accessible transport, restaurants, and more.
  : After check-in, as we headed to our room we noticed that the elevator floors were dirty and the hallway carpets were unkept (on the second day I picked up pieces of paper off the floor because I could not resist).The L shaped couch was visibly stained and dirty, we laid the extra set of sheets on it to sit on it.Once settled I noticed a few long hairs on the floor of the bathroom which did not belong to us- I picked them up with tissue paper and threw them out though later I noted hairs stuck to the bottom of our socks. We spotted dust in the corners of the room, the baseboards and under the sitting area in the kitchen/office space, along with many hairs so I wiped down the entire room, bathroom and shower floor because it felt unclean... we understand shedding of hair is inevitable but maybe request that staff wear a hair net? Please move the chairs in the room to mop the floor, and the table and furniture in the sitting area to vacuum; every inch of that room should look and feel clean! Lastly, the pin on the Pull Down exercise machine in the fitness area (first one) is broken so you cannot adjust the weights.

  : Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast had lots of variety.
  : While it sounded cool to be at a dog friendly hotel, having a dog barking til 1am was not very fun.There was also a scent, maybe an air freshener, that was very strong - I was unable to find the source of it to remove, and the scent set of allergies and made it difficult to sleep.

  : The breakfast was great! Different choices each morning! Everything about the room and the hotel was super relaxing and comfortable!
  : The location was overall pretty good. We live in East Boston and just wanted a little relaxing time to ourselves so it was perfect for that, I prefer being a little closer to certain areas of the city if I was going to be out and about, which we weren’t doing this time around, just a preference of mine. Really not a big issue at all
