  : Location was good.
  : Building was run down. Improvements were made to the room. The room seemed clean, but overall feeling of the building made you question the cleanliness. Not a comfortable stay and way over priced. Glad we only spent one night.

  : Ive used booking.com for years. Unless they remove this hotel from their site I will no longer use their services. This hotel is a death trap. If you have any special needs you would never be able to escape this building in an emergency. When I went to the front desk to check out I was prepared to share my experience but instead a women comes to the front desk in her nightgown and said just leave your key there. I laid my key down and left.

  : it smelled so bad, dirty, bathroom wasn't cleaned there was hair on the ground, just stayed 1 night , if it was better i would have stayed a second night

  : No breakfast, no coffee, no help and the TV remote didnt work. It took three phone calls and two walks down to the receptionist to get the internet to finally work. And then it was on and off. Receptionist answered dont know to every question. And they were simple questions. Couldnt even offer a suggested place to grab something to eat.

  : The price was $428.00 for one room for one night. I booked through price line. While waiting for a clean coffee cup the person taking a reservation quoted a price of $200.00. Price gouging?

  : Hotel canceled my reservation days ahead of time without an explanation and NO REFUND. I called the hotel and got no assistance. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.
