  : Good customer service at check-in. Very friendly and helpful staff working in the breakfast area. The hotel was very clean throughout all common spaces and the room was also clean. Great location across the street from a huge Costco, Target, and other shops. Easy access to I-90, downtown Bozeman, Montana State, and the airport. Plenty of free parking in the parking out outside. Breakfast was good. It was nice that they had fresh berries for the oatmeal -- nice touch! There was also an outdoor fire pit. Laundry facilities on site were convenient and clean.
  : The room (two queens) was a bit small for a family of four, and there was not really any good space for our suitcases or for the kids to stretch out. Also, it would have been nice to have the room made up more frequently than every three days. The front desk was very good about providing us with new towels upon request.

  : Staff said they couldn’t locate virtual card for payment from third party booking site and made us wait for long time to check-in.Also, for the 4 night reservation which was fully paid in advance four months ago, after two days staff said our reservation is only for two days. And they also started double charging my credit card daily with market rate. And though I showed confirmation email from hotel itself, staff wasn’t cooperative at all. They said their computer shows as 2 days reservation only.
