  : Did not know there was a breakfast ??? Liked the Quietness, the deck with swing, and the location.
  : Wasn't as clean as my wife likes. Water closet is to small very comfortable to use. Shower faucet old and very hard to control. lots in need of up grade !! Disappointing !!

  : It has charm and walking distance to Landing and old town part. I loved the porch swing.
  : The bed could have been softer but pillows were good. The room didn't have a tub.

  : We did not like anything about the hotel sad to say. The owner kept making excuses for the noise. Didn't ask if we would like to be moved nothing.
  : It had mildew smell. Old throw rugs which look dirty all over. Carpet you could see it had been very wet. Bed was near window which cold air blew through. Kids running above us all for 2 nights. We were to stay 4 nights just could not take it anymore. Shower is made for someone 4ft or less. Toilet would not flush right everytime. It was one of the worse hotels I've stayed in. Decor was over done less is more.

  : Clean and we couldn’t get any closer to the Landing for the price
  : The bed was slightly uneven and I felt like I was going to fall off sometimes, the tv was very small but it worked

  : I loved the porch with the swing. It also included a table and chairs. The porch is open but covered - so I could listen to the rain while sitting outside and not get wet.
