  : At the risk of nitpicking, having the shower gel/ shampoo by the sink (fixed to the wall) and only conditioner in the shower was a bit of a challenge.

  : The hotel is located in an excellent location, only 3min walk away from Bregenz Main Train Station and the Coach station. Furthermore, a really short walk away from Lidl if youre looking to get some groceries or basic necessities, and a really short walk away from the Bregenz Old Town and the Marina. I arrived at the property in the early morning hours, approx. at 5am but despite of that I was still welcomed with a smile by a lovely lady whos given me a really comfortable and spacious room, #325, far away at the end of the corridor which has given me a really quiet and peaceful night in. Every morning at approx.10am youre also being welcomed by a housekeeping lady whos kept my room, bed linen and towels fresh. Thank you!
  : Communication via email. Ive sent a special request at the time of making a booking and then additional couple of emails both via Booking.com and to Ibis main email (H5210@accor.com), unfortunately with no reply whatsoever. I was worried about my reservation being secured as Ive booked an additional night which I was not going to use only to be able to check in early in the morning of the next day. Until I physically arrived at the property and was given a room key, I wasnt sure whether my reservation was still there or was it already cancelled as a no-show from the previous night.

  : That was a bad stay that I never experienced before. The room facility was ok, but the management was terrible. I already paid online and only need to pay a city tax in the reception, but they changed me the full price again. Although I got back to them again and get my money, I still think its very unprofessional. Another horrible thing is my door is opened at 8:45 in the morning! Without any knocking! Maybe the cleaning guy but it was so terrifying! And the guy just said excuse and close the door, without any apologies. All those things makes me feel the hotel management is messy, the stuffs are unprofessional. Its not worth the price, and also not fitting the standard quality of ibis.

  : Helpful friendly staff. Good Whisky selection at the bar, (compared to most other restraunts in the town). Breakfast room was very open and well lit with natural light. .
  : Bad ebike charging facilities in the garage. Bar could be made friendlier, although the staff were very friendly and made up for this. Helpful friendly staff.

  : Great Location (proximity to train station) and price were great. Everything is a little old but fine and clean.
  : Bed/mattress could be better. Waffle maker at breakfast was super dirty and everything smells like burnt fat. So dont wear business clothes for breakfast if you have an important meeting later in the day
