  : The location was great, safe and clean part of town just a little bit away from all of the craziness of broadway. Parking was in a garage that was safe and well lit. Two staff members went above and beyond, a housekeeping lady that was super empathetic and went to the front desk manager with our issues. The front desk manager, Brandon offered to switch rooms a third time, and noted all of our issues and was able to credit us rewards points for a future stay.
  : Upon check in our refrigerator was not cold enough to use for my medication, so we switched rooms. We could not get any of our devices connected to the internet except one phone after working with technical support, we tried 4 devices, front desk couldn’t help, so we had to call technical support. They got one phone to work and had to open a ticket, which never got solved during our two night stay. Our bathroom was filthy, dirty floors, cracked shower, bottles broken off in shower, ANTS, all over the bathroom coming from a crack in the flooring. Stains on the carpets, and fridge in second room was just as bad as the first. We wound up having to make ice bags for a cooler to keep my medication cold enough. Breakfast was very disappointing and we would wound up going out after the poor selection and busy dining room. In addition the electricity went out for about a half hour and we were locked in the room.

  : The room was clean and roomy. The convenience of the bar, laundry and indoor pool. Location for shopping and other activities was also a plus.
  : The pool was dirty, it had hair and a dryer sheet floating around.Breakfast was OK, as a person with diet restrictions, there wasn't much to eat. One of the couch pillows was dirty with a stain the appeared to be blood. Being in a room close to the garage the exit doors slammed hard making it difficult to relax during the day.
