  : The staff were helpful at the basic needs. The location is great for a boat or fishing. The amount of electric hookups for boats is very helpful. Close to boat ramps and getting to and from the Lake.
  : The trash cans were over flowing outside. Broken glass from beer bottles in parking lot and around entrance to the hotel (People partying out of their truck in the lot) Also Vomit Near the entrance In the back. Blood on the sheets from a prior guest in the hotel room.

  : Our room was dirty when we arrived, the floor had food on it, the bathroom had hair all over the tub and shower wall , the towels weren't even foldedOn the shelf it looked like it had just been used. The breakfast was terrible there was no cereal, nothing to toast. The water for the tea was cold

  : Air was broken in booked rm with 2 queens …the very pleasant woman on the desk was apologetic and we were offer a king with pull out couch. It as 9:30 at night with no other option we accepted. MISTAKE, Atrocious! No linens on the pull out and the actual mattress on the pull out was worse than a dog bed! Unable to sleep on it as a pull out because of the protruding springs and while some lines were delivered to the room …no comforter was supplied. Should have travelled a wee bit further.

  : Convenience to highway, bed was comfortable.
  : I selected this hotel because they had laundry facilities advertised as we were travelling for days, with our motorcycle and trailer, and things were damp. We checked in, the young man was polite and friendly, we wanted to pay cash, but he said his cash drawer was stuck he couldn’t give change, we made the exact amount ourselves and paid him. I asked about the laundry, did it take dollars or change, he told me it took quarters, so we left for dinner, and I got change for the laundry elsewhere. After dinner, we returned and I brought my laundry downstairs to the laundry there was a sign on the ONLY dryer saying OUT OF ORDER. I returned to our room, very angry that the front desk hadn’t informed me of this when we checked in at least. Also, the shampoo, conditioner and moisturizer containers were ALL empty my husband noticed during a shower! Not pleased. The Kleenex box had one tissue in it, and we just about ran out of toilet paper…I had to down to the front desk to get some. Not pleased.

  : breakfast ( egg and cheese muffin) apples, yogurt was all they had. Respect for customers from Management was BADWe have been staying there for over 5 years. We knew the town has fire works . The business blocks off the drive for there customers NOT this year. We returned to find NO parking space for us. I have two little ones I wanted to get washed up and outside to watch fire works. we had to park in front of a dumpster. two cars took up two parking spots. I got a hold of the manager and her reply was to me there was plenty of parking spots there. I told her she was full of crap. I told her I am a paying customer and if this is how she treats her paying customers I will never stay here again. I asked for a refund for the last two nights so I could find a place that would treat me with respect she told me I was NOT getting any refund. If I wanted to leave so be it.

  : Nothing.
  : It was dirty, outdated, depressing and it smelled awful. But the absolute worst part was that the front desk clerk attempted to enter my room twice during the night!! Once at 2am and again at about 2:20am!!! Needless to say I didn’t sleep a wink after that.
