  : I booked this Hotel based on pictures and on booking.com and its distance from beach .1. We booked via booking.com , They provide a fake phone number on website , so tough to contact. +44 7873 125425‬ that’s the hotel number they use. 2. So we requested for early check in and late check out .They asked for immediate charges , and pressurised to pay or else they could not promise the early check in and late checkout service . I have non-refundable booking for 15 group of people , so I made the payment as I don’t wanna destroy our trip.3. Our trip date was 29th July 2024. Just 3 days before when I was in work, that hotel reception Tim, send me a massage - I need to pay 2.97 extra for each room to secure my booking. I did not understand that reason as I made non-refundable booking already including early check in and late checkout . 4. They uploaded fake pictures of the hotels, hotels rooms not match with the pictures on Booking.com and room is very tinny… they gave us underground room without window, it’s felt like we were in jail . I also requested for fan as some of the girls have suffocations issued. They promised , but fail to provide that as well. 5. Now coming to big fraud part. 1st day when we reached around 1:15, our room was not ready and we wait for 2 hours, also they don’t have details our booking, so I need to show my mail including early check in written conversation with payment details . As they could not provide us early check in ,that receptionist apologiseand promised to process early check-in refund which is £30, now its more than 10 days, they did not process anything’s, I believe they would never. 2nd day while we came back from branch and plan to packed our bags, that receptionist came and accused me, I supposed to leave room at 1pm as I did extension of 3 hours…. That’s very embarrassing … then I shown him chat and payment details , where it’s maintains our check out time 3pm. 6. Don’t destroy ur holidays to book this place.

  : The only way to contact staff is via whatsapp, which would be fine except for the fact that they are very slow to reply. I had a very frustrating experience trying to check in and access my room as they had not sent me any instructions like they were supposed to the day before arrival. As i was busy travelling 30 hours from the ither side of the world, I did bot realise this until the morning I arrived. It took them 5 hours to reply even during business hours on a weekday. I paid extra for early check in and missed half of the first hour because they just stopped responding to messages - very poor communication. Cleanliness was not great. Pieces of rubbish left in the room and carpet definitely has not been vacummed. No toiletries supplied, not even hand wash which was a bit odd. There was a soap dispenser in the shower however it was empty on arrival. Only one toilet roll given which considering how painful trying to contact the staff is that was quite annoying. Overall a very frustrating stay, do yourself a favour and choose somewhere else!

  : The man dealing with the WhatsApp/phone is the rudest man I have ever experienced in a customer facing role.Dodgy request to pay £2.97 via a stripe link to a business named ‘Malta & Gozo Holiday Lets’. When I requested to pay it upon arrival or via bank transfer as I was uncomfortable paying via a link he said “can u read?” (Which he later deleted). And then called me to tell me I obviously couldn’t read, I said I was within my rights to query this stuff and he doesn’t need to be so rude about it. He said he doesn’t care if I don’t pay the £2.97, I’ll just lose my money and booking. I just paid it anyway as i was in town for a funeral and couldn’t deal with the stress of a last minute loss of a reservation.The walls were filthy in the main bedroom, there was no milk for tea/coffee and no tea spoons. No remote for the TV and no light near the bed. The walls were paper thin, and anytime someone used a tap it would wake us up in a fright because it was so loud. You could hear other people’s alarms and snoring and conversations through the walls, I bought earplugs for the 2nd night.
