  : i booked online and went to the hotel and decided it was too disgusting to stay there, all in a 30 minute period. i still have not gotten any refund for the hotel bill. i paid $204 for two nights and they sent me a $75 check for 'customer satisfaction'. i just want my money back. The pictures on Booking did not even compare to what the room actually was. This is fraud.

  : I was told the pool was working I checked in they had a sign up pool closed they told me it would be working the next day. It didn’t work that day either. The pool was open the day I left so we didn’t get to get in cause it would only open after the next day check in. Needless to say we wasted 305 dollars!!! Plus we stayed in the one with a kitchen and it had no cookware or silverware no bowls!

  : The picture of this place are out of date. This place looked run down. Some people from India bought this place and changed the color to what it is now. I’m really disappointed in this place. The main reason I booked this place is in fact it was in Bristol and it had a pool. We checked in and found this place doesn’t even look like the picture. The pool was closed because of the pump had gone out. The maintenance person had told the owner that there was a problem with the pump and they dismissed it. Didn’t find out until Saturday there was a problem with the pool and it was green. Very disappointed in this place.I feel that Booking.com needs to contact them for miss presentation on their motel there and make them update it pictures and all all the pictures of the outside of this place are not the cream color. They’re the ugly brown and orange door. Don’t understand why they would painted that color. It was nice before they did this. I’m very disappointed hairdryer hanging off the wall but even attached the furniture look like somebody had ripped it and torn it. I’ve got all pictures of this and if you had room on here, I could put more pictures. I sure put them here for everybody to see this is very misleading to customers and I’m not the only one that was disappointed there.
