  : The building itself is a bit old, the elevator is tiny, but everyhting has been renovated and modernized.

  : We really enjoyed the bath tub in the room and also sauna was super nice. Its in the centre of Brno and there is plenty of restaurants near by.
  : The view was amazing buuuuut cover with a net protecting the balcony against the pigeons.

  : Very easy access based on code keypad, no need to mess around with keys. Owners accommodated request for ironing board and iron, even if it was not provided in the room by default. Location in Brno is just perfect - a lot of restaurants and city center virtually at the doorstep, main tram crossing few hundred meters away. No noise from outside of the apartment. Reasonably clean, good appliances.
  : The apartment was located on 5th floor, but the elevator was reaching only 4th floor - extra one was accessible only by the stairs. Quite painful to get there with the luggage. Wifi was horrible, often stuck at 0.2Mb transfers (these are megabits, not megabytes), not allowing to open even basic webpages then going up to maximum 6-7Mb, which is already in acceptable range. A thermostat in the bathroom was extremely noisy at times, almost like a vacuum cleaner. Very strange room layout, with a low ceiling bedroom and couple extra stairs down to main room. Very small elevator, 2 people+suitcase was already getting uncomfortably cozy.
