: The treatment my family received from Viviene is terrible. no respect. The first day she told us Dont make yourself too comfortable Viviene!!! Relax please, were not staying here for free. The room was cold. When my brother told her that, the response was Oh believe me, its not cold Never going back there!!!

: Vivianne is a great host! She help us carry the luggage up the stairs. She answered our messages super fast. The apartment was complete and clean, it had everything we needed! The location was perfect if you are willing to stay in Brooklyn. The metro station 2 blocks away and a complete market 1 block away.
: The neighborhood is a little bit dark and lonely during night, also we saw a lot of rats in the block, but its fair to tell that we never felt insecure.

: The appartment is very nice, clean, comfortable beds. We stayed in the ground floor. There are other appartments in the floors above. The kitchen is small but you can find anything you may need. There is not dishwasher unfortunately. But there is a washing machine and iron. The area is nice. There is a great supermarket at 5 min walking and metro at 8/10 min walking. The area is very multicultural. You can find nice restaurants around. To visit Manhattan, with the metro is around 20/25 minutes trip. The owner, Vivianne, is really nice. She gave us the keys and solved all our questions. Also she was very flexible when we had to leave the appartment a little bit later than expected. I will recommend the appartment.
: I would have liked to know that it was in the ground floor.
