  : Very well done property and facilities. Clean, thoughtful and very tidy. They have everything you'd need on site (bar/restaurant, laundry, store, etc). Tons of space - parks, grass areas, lounges, firepits. Room was nice and clean - and spacious. Shared bathrooms were always available. Quiet hours were honored
  : Loud at 8am on the dot - pool, kids, gardeners. A bit pricy for a tent with no bathroom, and I was only staying for the location - so if you're looking for somewhere centrally located with tons of amenities, it's a wonderful place to stay - just wasn't what I needed for this specific trip.

  : For the price charged for the cottages you would think there wouldn't be any maintenance issues. Wrong, wrong, wrong. We encountered the following in the 6 cottages we rented:*Blood splatter on one bathroom door*All mattresses were exceptionally squeaky*Pipe leaking allowing water to flow onto bathroom floor*Two refrigerators froze the perishable food despite being set on a one (low) setting*Ants in one cottage kitchen*Ants in one cottage bathroom*One bathroom sink--no hot water unless tub faucet turned on*One cottage with heavy dust*One cottage missing cooling fan*One cottage had non-functioning TV in bedroomDespite the reservation from booking.com clearly stating each cottage can sleep up to four, upon check-in we were told their policy is to charge for a third and fourth guest. So we were charged for the extra guests despite the desk clerk seeing in writing the wording of the reservation.It can take great effort getting a phone call answered. When we did get through we had asked GM Jim Colvin to contact us. No response. Booking.com has now left two messages, the last being ten days ago. No response.I guess if you have an RV there's no problem but certainly not the case should you choose to rent a cottage.

  : We love the amenities and the location.
  : We always love flying flags rv resort and always stay in a cottage loft, recently it just happened the available room were Tiki and Jupe tent so I chose the Tiki..the tent has a lot of black spots that looked like molds ,it looked so dirty.On our First day (afternoon) me and my little ones could not stay inside the tent, It was too hot so I stayed at my sister’s RV until it was cool enough to go back inside the tent.We knew there was no AC but I did not expect that you really cant stay inside just for a quick afternoon nap.

  : We stayed in 2 side by side wine cottages with a shared patio. It was perfect for us, our adult kids, grandkids, & dogs. we brought dog fence/gate to close off the back of patio for our dogs & kids. Plenty of activities for the kids & adults. Cottages were clean but couch could have used some cleaning. Each cottage has nice patio furniture & BBQ. There’s a good size dog park on premises so they can run off leash. Multiple options to stay in cottages, RV, or rented tents. Wineries nearby with one up the street that is family friendly with an area for kids to feed farm animals. Solvang is a short drive as well. Groceries store & other accommodations are close by as well. Great place for a family getaway.
  : If you want to stay in a specific site, they will try to accommodate if you let them know in advance, but they will put requests of those who booked directly on the campground website first. It wasn’t busy when we went so they were able to accommodate us to have side by side cottages.
