  : Ambiguous policies, discriminative behaviour of staff with customers - a group was given facilities who did direct booking from them and we were denied as we did reservation from 3rd party. No service person available, Room service is Self service.. spider web on room window glasses.

  : The breakfast was not the greatest for $20 per person.
  : I didn't like that I could not stream my apps on my mobile phone to TV. No room service and my room was only half cleaned when I was out. They only cleaned the bathroom and did not make up my bed. There was no Black channels and we was only able to watch TNT or Hallmark. Old movies on HBO.

  : The staff were very professional (don’t see that often anymore) The hotel was very well taken care of and clean . Even the entrance was very nice and well kept , valet service was very friendly and helpful . They had carts available for you to take your stuff ..right at the door. A very nice bar/restaraunt for dining with wonderful friendly staff. The room was nice ..needs a lil update nothing serious but comfortable, clean and shower was amazing!!!! They were pet friendly which made our trip easy , just wish they had a lil dog park near by but still nice.
  : Our bathroom sink plugged up and one side didn’t work but no big deal . The parking fees were a bit much and should have been either free or a lot less because they charge for every night and you don’t really have a choice … $10 would have been enough !!!

  : We were visiting Sahlen field and the walk was a reasonable distance.
  : The room wasn’t overly clean upon arrival.The beds are very uncomfortable. The mattresses were among the softest we have ever slept on and both adults found it to be quite uncomfortable for our backs.When using Booking.com we had selected only 2 filters that we cared about. “pool” and “free parking” yet upon arrival we discovered that parking was not free so booking.com really dropped the ball on that. We only had 2 requests and were surprised to find out 1 was not met. Breakfast is not included and is a bit pricey for what would typically be considered a free continental breakfast. If I were to stay here again I would head off site for breakfast as it just a buffet of about 5-6 choices.

  : The newly opened and privately run restaurant, Johnny D's was fantastic. The food was new American cuisine mixed with some international classics. This was a real highlight of our stay. I also enjoyed the pool area.
  : The hotel needs a facelift. Many things were not functioning such as the shower. It was the kind that you had to pull out to start but the knob wouldn't budge. After several tries it worked but then the water wouldn't drain. A service person came up immediately after we called and simply pulled out the stopper. The other issue was the elevators. There were three but only two were working which meant a 10 minute wait each time. Sometimes we would have to wait for one that had room as they were frequently full. This was a real issue and a time waster, which will likely result in us not staying here again.

  : Room was comfortable. Mini fridge was clean. Price was good, no hidden charges.
  : As soon as I got to my room after checking in, I saw a Q-tip in the bathroom trash. It was easy to see, so I wonder what else was missed. Also, hotels don't seem to take into account that some people are short. It wasn't easy to get into the really tall bed.
