: The accommodation is tastefully decorated and contains everything you need. It was clean and well appointed.
: The only downfall with this accommodation (and it is a BIG downfall) is the company who manages it (Sykes Cottages). We could not locate the keys to get access to the house, and we contacted Sykes Cottages but they never answer their phone and they do not respond to messages if you leave one. In fact, they never did get back to us at all. Thankfully we managed to locate the keys and gained entry but had we not located the keys, we would have been left stranded. Another thing with Sykes Cottages is after you make your booking on Booking.com, Sykes Cottages will email you just prior to the start date and they will outline a whole list of things that you need to do during your stay (such as cleaning, instructions for recycling, removing all the duvet covers and linens, etc). All these things should be highlighted at the time of booking, not after. So this was a surprise. This coupled with the fact that you cannot contact them is totally unacceptable. We have encountered this with them on several occasions.
