  : Very happy with the room, only thing was a bit damp/humid, the doors struck and bed felt damp, but overall very happy with the property, pool was very nice, could grill if you wanted and I felt the price was reasonable.

  : Our hotel room was clean. I liked the texting service they had where you received a welcome text and we’re able to communicate with a person that way for anything you needed.
  : We ran into several minor problems from the moment we got there. Like I said, all minor. But combined makes for a less than great stay. First of all, it’s not posted anywhere that you have to check in at the grand Geneva so we wasted time trying to figure out where to go. Then there’s false advertising on their website describing a poolside bar where you can enjoy appetizers, etc. (look it up for yourself) when in fact, it’s just a snack shack that you can get chips and a few beverages from. The biggest issue of them all was not being able to get ahold of room service. The attendant of the snack shack told me we can order dine in service to be delivered by the pool to eat lunch. I literally spent almost 2 hours trying to get a hold of Room service and never received service or a call back. They have a voicemail system set up if they don’t answer their phone and I left a voicemail with my phone number, they never called back. I utilized the texting service they offer and the employee I was talking with tried to be helpful and he even communicated with Room service and told them I was trying to order food, they still never called me. It’s very frustrating to not be able to utilize a service that you essentially pay for, not to mention my friend I was with was pregnant so not being able to get food was an issue. To make up for it, I was given a voucher to use towards food and drink at any of the on-site restaurants. I was told I could use it at checkout and apply it to my balance that was charged to the room. Luckily, I had that in writing in my text thread, because they tried to give me a hard time telling me I couldn’t use it up upon check out.

  : The room was not available at check in and we waited 2 hours in the lobby waiting for someone to let us know via text it was available. Promised text was never sent. Used the coffee machine the first morning. No one ever came to refill the coffee.

  : They offered us another room for $400 dollars more than we booked for. Nothing was done to help.

  : We enjoyed our stay in a 1-bedroom villa. The villa was spacious, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. It featured a full kitchen that was stocked with everything we needed, from pots and pans to dishes, cups, and silverware. We particularly enjoyed the lovely view of the golf course from our villa, and the balcony where we sat and had coffee in the morning. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping us comfortable throughout our stay. The staff were super friendly and always willing to help. Easy access to downtown Lake Geneva.
  : Our villa had a connecting door to the neighboring unit, which could be convenient for larger groups. However, at times, we could hear the TV and conversations from next door. Also, check-out is at 10 a.m., which isn't ideal. Despite these minor issues, our overall experience was wonderful.

  : It was an ideal location for the meeting I needed to attend.
  : I am a Holiday Inn Vacation Club member. We had the exact same room on a stay a little over one year ago paid for with our owner points. This time I was told there were no rooms available thru the vacation club. Strangely enough I was able to book a room by way of Booking.com for the 3 nite stay for a pricey $230/night. I plan to take the complaint up with the Vacation Club. So, for the price we were disappointed to find no hand/bath soap, no towels, and a small water leak under the sink in the room we were given. I really expect greater attention to detail when paying a price that high.
