  : It was very clean and convenient to the Mansion venue
  : during the day on a Friday the Front desk staff was never at the desk. Always in the back behind the partition. Had to yell for them for assistance. Asked the evening of 5/9 if it was possible for an early checkin for reserves room the next day and was told absolutely that they should have a room available around noon and to just check with desk in the morning. Did that and was told no early check ins available to check back with them. I did several times and was told each time no room available, meanwhile I see cleaning people in rooms cleaning. Surely a few people have checked out by 1pm and the rooms cleaned. I had a wedding to get ready for surely it wouldn't hurt to provide an early checkin. Finally received an email about early check in. Signed up for it and was able to get into a room near 2pm. I guess 1 hr early is better than 3pm.
