  : It was comfortable.
  : Location. Doors don't open early enough in the morning prefer to be opened 6.30 am. Wasn't able to open door on level 2. Tried several times gave up in the end.

  : great hotel, great staff, great location. very helpful staff both prior to the trip and during our stay. both Emanuel (hotel manager) and Ivana (prior to our trip, always replied promptly to our questions) were very helpful. great restaurant on site - we've eaten there several times and always got a great service and food was delicious. our room and the entire premises very clean.

  : A terrible experience. Service was EXTREMELY rude and incompetent from front desk to reception to valet. When I expressed concerns about a mistake made by their staff with management, I was spoken over, yelled at and blamed for everything. DO NOT BOOK!

  : The location was practically in the port and so close to the active part of the area.
  : They are not good people. As soon as I walked in I was informed the elevator did not work. They should have notified Booking.Com in advance so I could have made alternate plans. I was also told my room was on the third floor. However I had to climb three flights of stairs each with a total of 18 steps. That to me meant it was really on the fourth floor and I had to navigate 54 steps up and down three to five times a day. They were also supposed to have parking. Again as soon as I walked in they made me sign a waiver stating they were not responsible for damage to the car. They had a small lot where they put your car and others one behind the other. If you had to go out they had to move your car and others each time another customer used a car. If the lot was full when you returned your car was placed in the street somewhere. The room size was crazy small for a double room. No place to put luggage. And there were other issues I just cant go into in a review. I tried to deal with all this for several days and could not. My legs got so sore from the stair climbing I had to check out days earlier than I planned and move to another hotel. I was able to take several pictures of the broken elevator and forward them to Booking.Com and they were nice enough to grant me a partial refund. Thank you Booking.come for your great customer service. It looked to me like that elevator had not been used in some time. Heed my warning not the place to stay.

  : We were impressed by the helpful staff at reception, who advised us about parking, beaches etc. The hotel parking is useful but small and we decided to move the car to a public parking area (very close) where we could leave the car overnight using a permit from the hotel. Nice continental breakfast and once again the staff were helpful. Room was comfortable but nothing special (very firm bed, no extra pillows etc). Great shower!

  : Location is excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast much better than average with succulent fresh pastries, juice, water, fresh bread and cold cuts plus very decent coffee.
  : The room faced a walled in terrace which blocked an awesome view over the harbour. If only the wall was a meter lower.
